Art Therapy

Art therapy sessions are designed to meet emotional, social, and developmental needs. The process starts with a free 15-minute phone consultation. This call helps clients or parents learn about art therapy and decide if it meets their expectations.

If you decide to proceed, there is a 60-minute introductory session. In this session, Sam will ask about the client's background, history, current needs, goals, and what they want to achieve from therapy. Together, they will plan the therapy process.

The following three sessions are initial assessment sessions. These focus on building a connection between the client and the therapist. They help identify specific goals and see if art therapy is the right fit.

Sam will schedule a review every six weeks or at the end of a term. This review checks on the client's progress and helps plan future therapy.
